Hazlet's Hope Network is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to empowering recovery and restoring lives by connecting individuals and families affected by substance use disorder (SUD) with compassionate, peer-based support and long term treatment resources. Through community partnerships, crisis response, and advocacy, we break the cycle of addiction, reduce stigma, and offer hope at every step of the journey.
wHO WE ARE
Hazlet’s Hope Network is a peer-based, all-volunteer nonprofit founded to support individuals struggling with substance use disorder (SUD). We are dedicated to uniting the skills and lived experience of recovery teams with those seeking transformative change from substance dependency.
Our team is made up of individuals who have firsthand experience with addiction and recovery. Each member is professionally trained to provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to those in search of a healthier, more fulfilling life.
We also recognize that addiction affects more than just the individual. That’s why our support extends to families and friends who have been impacted by a loved one’s substance use. Through our comprehensive network and broad range of freely accessible resources, we offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support for every stage of the recovery journey.

wHAT WE DO
At Hazlet’s Hope Network, we believe in empowering our partners and creating opportunities that uplift both individuals and communities.
We are committed to breaking down the harmful stigmas and stereotypes surrounding substance use disorders (SUD)—barriers that often cause shame, discourage people from seeking help, and deepen the cycle of isolation. These stigmas can tragically increase the risk of relapse and loss of lives.
As a peer-based nonprofit, Hazlet’s Hope Network takes a direct and compassionate approach to these challenges. Our trained peer recovery specialists work alongside local police departments and community partners, offering support during substance-related incidents and serving as a resource in non-criminal situations. We are a phone call away through our hotline number which is available 24/7 to begin the steps toward recovery.
But our work doesn’t stop at intervention. We stay connected with individuals throughout their recovery journey from detox, rehabilitation centers and sober living - collaborating with treatment centers and offering consistent support to promote long-term wellness.
Our peer-to-peer model represents a vital shift in how we address addiction—through empathy, lived experience, and meaningful connection. Together, we’re creating pathways to recovery and a healthier future for all.
